Gad to see the book climing up the leaderboards! This was my second time reading Partick’s books, and he never fails to impress. Currently, he is my favorite author for fantasy, although Lindsay Buroker is a close second. I reccomend Lindsay for the younger readers, around 9-10, as the meanings are more straightforward.

The book starts off the same way as book 1. He talks about the Inn, then smoothly transitions into the past. A big thing happens in the book, which is, Kvothe survives something no one has ever survived, suprising his friends wth his return. He looks for the love of his life, although she never seemes to stay in one place for long. Patricks takes you into a world of adventure, broken hearts, and much more. He brings the book to life with wonderfully crafted scenes, breathtaking words, and feelings that will make you feel horrible but also glad. The ending to this book is less of a cliffhanger, although it doesn’t make want to read the next book in the series less.

This book is pg-13, just like book 1. This book was much longer than book 1, which might disintrest some people, although I enjoyed the entire book. No dull moment, no long, meaningless chats that some other writers use to increase the page numbers.

Overall, I throughly enjoyed the book! I hope you will too!
